I was very fortunate to have met Jesse by chance, the best broker I've worked with. He stays involved committed throughout the entire process, with unshakable persistence optimism, pleasant to work with, is very attentive to your interests needs. One of our transactions was particularly challenging, in which another very experienced broker told me "don't even dream about it". — TAIR AURMONT, VICE PRESIDENT, US EQUITY DERIVATIVES CREDIT SUISSE, BUYER & SELLER
Jesse was simply fantastic to work with. He listened to what I was looking for, worked to make sure my time searching was time well spent. When I finally found “the one,” Jesse helped guide me through the challenging NY purchasing process. He was a tireless advocate, seemingly worked ‘round the clock' to make sure the transaction was consistently progressing. — ELIZABETH CHISHOLM, MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT, BUYER
My wife I may never have been able to successfully find a great home in Manhattan in the time frame that we did without Jesse. Despite the potential challenges of finding a home, Jesse was remarkably receptive to our needs. For two relative outsiders looking in the Co-op market, he has an uncommon knack for answering difficult questions making the complexities simple manageable. — JOSH ERIN LEON, BUYER
Jesse was as a fabulous broker. He was diligent always responsive. He worked within my budget to find me the perfect home I couldn't be more thrilled. He definitely made a hard process easy that I appreciated! — MARCI GREENFIELD, BUYER

"Piers Portfolio is so great to work with I'm doing what I never do-writing a review! He was helpful through every single step of the process. He is kind and personal and great at what he does. He is quick to respond, experienced with landlords and supers, and knows the rental process. As a student with self-employed guarantors my application was complicated and Piers knew what to do at every step of the way. I am so excited about my new apartment in part because this experience was a renter's dream! Thank you Piers and the Catalyst Team!"
"I'll get right to it. Piers Portfolio (could there be a more perfect real estate name???) was a wonderful broker. My partner and I had just had a horrible time with a different agent and landlord so we were assuming the worst about everyone. Piers was attentive, straightforward, honest, helpful, polite, friendly and showed us several options that could have worked for us in our budget. And in the midst of a brewing pandemic no less! We've also reached out after signing the lease and he's continued to be attentive."
"Working with Piers Portfolio was a breath of fresh air. He really made sure my family and I had the apt. we needed. He was not pushy with paperwork and I absolutely recommend him if you’re searching for an apt in New York."

We realized a record price for my CO-OP in absolute dollars and on a per share basis.
"Stacey is very responsive, proactive, and great to work with. She understood my needs and was professional and helpful in finding the sort of properties I would like. There was no time wasted at all on inappropriate showings.
"It is amazing to have Stacey Curry in your corner! She is amazingly knowledgeable about a slew of neighborhoods, condo laws and conditions etc and she led me to my final purchase. After looking all over the city she found a true gem in a great neighborhood and really coached me ( a first time buyer) through all the trials and tribulations of mortgages, banks and sellers...
