Originally from Frederick, Maryland, Jesse has proudly called Washington, D.C. home for the past 15 years. His deep-rooted connection to the city and firsthand experience navigating its evolving neighborhoods allow him to offer clients invaluable insight and guidance in every step of the home buying or selling process.
A strong work ethic has defined Jesse's career from the start. He graduated from the University of Hartford debt-freeāan achievement made possible by his success selling Cutco knives, where he earned a place in the companyās Hall of Fame by age 23. His journey in sales eventually led him to the nation's capital, where he has spent the last decade sharpening his skills in a city heās proud to serve.

āI was discouraged by a prior listing agent's inability to sell my condo unit. Due to the condo unit not selling, I chose to make it a rental until market conditions became more favorable. Given the market, I was apprehensive about listing the condo unit for sale at the conclusion of the rental; but Jesse's expertise in dealing with a challenge is unrivaled. Starting with preparation of the unit for sale, (an arduous task that involved a tenant), to the cleaning, repairs, staging, and listing, Jesse was able to anticipate my needs and the needs of the market. He was keenly able to identify the most likely buyer for my unit and targeted that market with weekly open houses. After engaging potential buyers and receiving feedback, Jesse was able to pivot and sell my condo...just like that!!!
