Jesse Klein’s first and foremost priority as an agent is to listen to his clients, identify their wants and needs, and diligently fulfill every one of them. Energetic and driven, Jesse believes that "if your dreams don't scare you, they aren't big enough," and he stops at nothing to ensure his clients' real estate goals become a reality.
He brings a wealth of analytical expertise to the table, with an extensive background in the finance and accounting sides of the housing market, including the valuation of mortgage-backed securities. Jesse also offers rich research and sales experience focused on commercial property types across the NY Metro Area. Throughout his career, he has collaborated alongside private real estate investors, brokers, market lenders, bank appraisers, architects and engineers, giving him a comprehensive, 360-degree understanding of the industry.
This deep market knowledge is paired with an unparalleled local perspective. Originally from Westchester, Jesse has called the Upper East Side home for over a decade. His connection to the neighborhood is practically built-in—his father has owned and operated a pharmacy on the UES for more than 40 years—giving Jesse an intimate, lifelong understanding of the area and its community. He is endlessly fascinated by the myriad of opportunities New York City provides and leverages this passion to find the perfect fit for his clients.
A 2008 graduate of The George Washington University School of Business with a concentration in finance, Jesse remains actively involved as a panel speaker through his alumni network. He frequently participates in roundtable discussions at the University’s Center for Real Estate & Urban Analysis, focusing on Development & Acquisitions, Multifamily Real Estate, Capital Markets, and Leasing & Property Management.
When he isn't negotiating deals for his clients, Jesse loves spending time with his wife and two boys, traveling, deep-sea fishing in Montauk, and relaxing with old Seinfeld reruns.
