As a bi-coastal real estate broker serving California and New York, Jesse specializes in working with investors, developers, buyers, and sellers of value add opportunities across single family homes, condominiums, multifamily investments, commercial properties, and new development projects.

Known for his investment and design focused approach, Jesse is deeply committed to identifying the highest and best use for every property and opportunity. His ability to read market momentum, combined with a strong understanding of local zoning and development regulations, allows him to uncover hidden potential, manage downside risk, and position his clients to capitalize on emerging trends.

Jesse works with a wide range of clients including seasoned developers and investors, first time homebuyers, and traditional sellers. He brings the same strategic thinking and market insight to every transaction, helping clients make confident decisions and unlock the full potential of their real estate.

Before building his current practice, Jesse spent more than a decade in management roles, including five years managing a real estate brokerage. This experience sharpened his strategic thinking, accelerated his understanding of the industry, and shaped his solutions oriented approach to complex transactions.

Since launching his real estate career in 2013, Jesse has remained actively involved in the professional community. He has served on the Board of the Pasadena Foothills Association of Realtors, co managed the Northeast LA Real Estate Collective, and hosted educational meetups and workshops designed to empower investors and real estate professionals.
