Jesse Swanson

Jesse Swanson grew up in Minneapolis with a family of home builders and designers.  Following the family calling, he started his own tile business, Diamond Edge Tile, in 2008 and currently works with some of the most prestigious builders in Minnesota including Streeter Custom Builders and Michael Homes.  

Jesse’s experience with builders and designers is what led him to become a realtor.  After renovating several of his own homes and running several successful short term (AirBnB) and long term rental businesses, Jesse wanted to pass on his unique capabilities in assessing home values to future buyers and sellers.  His decades of experience working with builders and general contracting several of his own renovations gives him a unique ability to see opportunities in less than perfect houses and to see flaws in builds/renovations.  

Holding his real estate license for over ten years now, Jesse has worked across the Minneapolis and St. Paul metros ranging from Stillwater to Independence. Most of Jesse’s clients come from referrals and his most common client feedback refers to his honest, straight forward approach to finding the best opportunity in both buying and selling.   

Jesse, his partner Bryan and their two teenage boys live in the City of Medicine Lake which is tucked in between Plymouth and Golden Valley.  His passions include landscaping, lake life, environmental impacts and charities such as children’s theater/arts, youth sports, Habitat for Humanity and Best Buddies of Minnesota.
