Charity

Jessi coined the phrase "Selling to Give Back" early on in her career. After each transaction, she donates a portion of her commissions to a charity of her client's choosing. She also began the 501(c)(3), Community Kids, which is an organization that creates volunteer opportunities for families with small children. In addition, she also volunteers, alongside her sons, at YMSL which is a non-profit organization that facilitates volunteer opportunities at a wide range of charities around her community. Together, they have served The Nashville Rescue Mission, Special Olympics, Franklin Challengers, Senior Olympics and more.

About Jessi

After graduating from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, she began her real estate career straight out of college in 2005. Once she gained a few years of experience, she moved to Nashville to seek more real estate opportunities and obtained a Master’s degree from Belmont University. Jessi is a licensed Broker with her CRS, GRI, ABR, ASP, CNE and e-Pro designations.

Jessi started and runs her all-female team, The Southbound Group. Her team is consistently ranked in the top 0.5% of agents in the Middle and East TN areas. She is a strong believer that the high level of service she holds as a standard simply can't be achieved by a single person and that having a team delivers on that promise. Each member has their wheelhouse of specialty while being well-rounded in all facets of real estate which guarantees a seamless transaction. This guarantee is something that Jessi and The Southbound Group abide by at all times.

When she’s not practicing real estate, Jessi enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children - usually at a baseball field. She's an animal lover and has many furry friends! She also loves dining outdoors, enjoying a glass of wine with great company, exploring new places, traveling, watching storms roll in from the front porch, meeting new people and checking MLB ballparks off of her family's bucket list!
