Jessica Bachay

Jessica Bachay has called DC home since 2009, when she moved here from Miami to work in international development. In 2014, Jessica gained extensive experience leading a major renovation of her first home and immediately fell in love with real estate.

She later founded a real estate development company and is one of Capitol Hill’s top builders, transforming her community with complete renovations and ground-up new construction. Jessica’s expertise helps sellers position their homes strategically and buyers make smart, well-informed home purchases.

When not working, Jessica is hanging out with her husband and three young boys. She loves checking out new activities in the city as well as playing tourist. She calls the H St / Capitol Hill neighborhood home. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Latin American Studies from Smith College and a Master’s degree from the University of Florida in Latin American Business Environment. She is fluent in Spanish and likes to practice her Portuguese.
