Jessica Cooke Scarborough

Jessica Cooke Scarborough, Esq. is a third-generation Atlantan with an eye for real estate, a mind for business, and a heart for people, relationships, and families. An Ivy League-educated attorney, Jess completed her Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law. Following law school, Jess practiced at one of Atlanta’s largest and most well-respected law firms. In over 5 years of legal practice, Jess represented developers, lenders, borrowers, servicers, asset managers, and financial institutions in a wide array of real estate, finance, lending, and securitization issues.

Jess provides the highest level of passion, professionalism, and persistence to each and every real estate transaction. She strategizes and negotiates deals like a high-powered attorney because she’s been one. And she brings the type of sophisticated analysis and intricate problem solving to her client’s real estate goals that yield high-quality results. Jess is married to Jae Scarborough, whom she met in the 8th grade while they attended Woodward Academy and The Westminster Schools, respectively. They are the proud parents of two fun and precocious daughters, Rikki Joelle & Jemma.
