Jessica Dunlap

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University in Agriculture and Applied Economics.  She is a native Houstonian with over a decade of sales and marketing experience in both the oil and gas industry and luxury retail.  Jessica loves learning everything there is to know about the real estate industry. She enjoys the day-to-day variety that the business offers and how the New Heights Group works as a team to find the perfect home for our clients!

Jessica resides in a townhouse in the Galleria area and is a proud first-time homebuyer!  She has been an active member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for over 12 years serving on the leadership team of the Champion Wine Garden Committee and as a committeeman. For the 2025 season, Jessica has joined the Breeders Greeters Committee to work with the exhibitors and animals as students bring their animals to the biggest Rodeo in the country!  In her free time, she enjoys working out at her local Pure Barre studio where she also teaches and being a vendor sponsor for the Houston Young Lawyers Association.  She has a love for contemporary music, cooking and trying new foods, and finding new places in Houston to explore!
