Jessica Fine, a Palos Verdes resident for over two decades, values our coastal communities' picturesque landscape and strategic location opportunities. Born and raised in Honolulu, HI, she was drawn to plant roots in the South Bay region following her graduation from USC.

Jessica's journey into real estate began ten years ago as a passion when she began identifying investments for her family and friends while raising her children. What started as a hobby has evolved into a savvy skill set, encompassing investment property acquisitions, large-scale renovations, tenant management, and vacation rentals.
