Jessica has a passion for investing in real estate personally. After her family moved to Northern Virginia years ago, they bought a new residential home, and then later, they invested in a rental property. She is more than happy to share with clients her valuable experiences and observations in the local real estate market. With her experiences and expertise, joining the Han Peruzzi Team at Compass in 2024 is exciting for Jessica and will bring even more added value to her clients for sure.

Prior being a realtor, Jessica worked in a multinational company as a team head for communications and external affairs for 6 years. Apart from that experience, she was in international business for customer service for about 10 years. Her attitude toward details and diligence made her successful in the business.

Having lived in the UK, Hong Kong and China, and travelling to many countries, Jessica will be happy to meet clients from around the world. A Master of Business Management graduate, she speaks English and Mandarin.
