Jessica has been an essential part of Bond Real Estate Co. at Compass since 2021, serving as the team’s Director of Operations. From listing and transaction coordination to marketing and client care, she manages every detail behind the scenes to ensure a smooth, seamless experience from the first meeting to the closing table.
She also plans and oversees Bond’s client appreciation events, creating meaningful experiences that celebrate the relationships at the heart of the business. With a strong eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach, Jessica keeps both the team and clients supported every step of the way.
She lives in Pittsboro, Indiana, with her husband, Mike, and their two daughters, Nora and Ivy.
