About Jessica

After an extensive 15-year career in the luxury and corporate event industry, Jessica Haro transitioned her skill set into the East Bay real estate market in the Compass Lafayette & Walnut Creek offices.

Jessica’s extensive experience with high-end event planning gave her the ability to visualize a space for all of its possibilities - ultimately giving her buyers the edge in falling in love with a home that others might pass up and helping her sellers prepare and stage their home to garner top dollar. Additionally, Jessica has spent time working on strategic social media campaigns and marketing projects for real estate agents and brands to help elevate their exposure in the consumer space.

Jessica’s natural excitement for her clients during their home search is palatable as she feels truly honored to be their partner during such an important time in their lives. Through her years of experience in highly stressful, and often emotional situations, Jessica developed a knack for remaining calm, seeing the big picture, and ensuring that her clients always feel confident and satisfied throughout their experience.

Born and raised in Marin County, Jessica and her husband are currently raising their two children, three chickens, new puppy and a cat in the East Bay. Attending Arizona State University and living in the Midwest for a couple years, she has always been drawn back to Northern California. Jessica’s love, passion, and knowledge of the Bay Area runs deep and she is excited to share that with her clients on their journey.
