A New York City resident for close to 30 years, Jessica brings her clients a wealth of real estate investment knowledge, having personally bought and sold numerous properties from the Upper West Side down to Tribeca. Jessica is highly aware of the importance of great value, and she tirelessly offers the wisdom and resources needed to make informed decisions with confidence. 

This outgoing and energetic Emmy-nominated former network news TV producer has perfected the art of personal relations, as well as gained the invaluable experience of working with many moving parts on a very tight deadline in her career in live news. Besides offering access to the best properties in the city, Jessica uses her expertise to help clients navigate smoothly through the market. Key to this success is a deep knowledge and understanding of property values, flawlessly executing coop board packages, listening to clients' requests and being able to manage expectations, as well as an upbeat personality and always having a smile on her face. 

Jessica holds a BA from Brandeis University and a Masters in Broadcast Journalism from New York University. Outside of real estate and family, she is an avid entrepreneur and co-founded exEXPERTS.com and the Divorce etc... podcast, which are leading, go-to destinations for divorce resources, and she is also a Certified Aromatherapist and essential oils enthusiast. Jessica also likes to travel, snowboard, read and explore NYC. Originally from Cherry Hill, NJ, Jessica lives in Greenwich Village with her two teenage children.
