Jessica Kalafati

Jessica Kalafati is a seasoned REALTOR® with 15 years of experience in the San Francisco real estate market. With a strong background in leasing, staging, and construction, she offers clients a full-service approach that blends market insight with design expertise.

Beginning her career at Land West Properties, a family-run Bay Area brokerage specializing in commercial, multi-family, residential, and land sales. Mentored by her mother and broker, Gwendoline Jurgens, she built a strong foundation in all facets of real estate.

In 2012, Jessica joined Veritas Investments, San Francisco’s largest multi-family property owner with over $2 billion in assets under management. Over her tenure, she worked across several divisions—leasing, property management, construction management, and staging—gaining a holistic view of the industry. She also launched and led Veritas’s in-house staging department, leveraging her design skills to elevate property presentation and performance. 

Jessica holds a C17 and C15 Contractor’s License’s and a Property Management Certification, allowing her to guide clients in maximizing value at every step.
