About Jessica
Jessica began her real estate career in 2002, working exclusively in the commercial market. An opportunity presented itself to work in the new development arena, and she realized that residential real estate is where her heart lies - helping people achieve their dreams of buying a home. She then spent over 18 years selling new construction condos for some of the world’s most reputable residential developers - and luxury condos became Jessica’s niche and passion. In San Francisco alone, Jessica has worked as the developer’s onsite Sales Agent and/or Sales Manager at MIRA, LUMINA, Infinity, One Hawthorne, The Beacon, The Potrero, 300 Ivy, and 8 Octavia. Elsewhere in the Bay Area, Jessica also worked at several new construction developments throughout the East Bay, such as Market Square in Old Oakland and Mercer in Downtown Walnut Creek, resulting in $3B+ in sales over her career.
Although she now calls Walnut Creek home, where she lives with her husband Ken and young son Kameron, her heart has always been in San Francisco—where she was born, where she got married, and where she loves sharing all of her knowledge about the luxury condo market.
