Additionally, she is a third-generation native New Yorker. Her great grandfather emigrated from Ireland and went on to found one of the most successful plumbing and steam fitting companies in New York City. She grew up on the Upper West Side and attended Columbia University for both undergraduate and graduate school, gaining a BA in English Literature and a Masters in Education. She taught for ten years in both public and private schools & has a passion for real estate and a love of teaching and now Jessica gets to combine the two by sharing her knowledge of the business with her clients.
