Jessica Nance

I grew up in the East Bay and went to Saint Mary’s College of California in Moraga, where I earned a degree in Communications. Out of college I began my career at Tiffany & Co., where I learned all about delivering top-notch customer service.

Over the past decade, I’ve lived all around the tri-valley area, from Walnut Creek to San Ramon, Clayton, and now Pleasant Hill, which I’m proud to call home. My journey into real estate started when I bought my first home in 2012—it was such an exciting experience that I decided to dive into real estate full-time!

With a background in customer service and deep knowledge of our community, I’m here to make buying or selling your home a smooth and enjoyable process. I’m passionate about helping people find their perfect place!

When I’m not busy with real estate, you’ll find me spending time with my wonderful husband Collin, who’s a San Jose Firefighter, our adorable daughter Audrey, and our two pups, Charlie and Daisy. I also love hitting the gym and catching up with family and friends whenever I can. Let’s chat and make your real estate dreams come true!
