She arranged all of the things that helped sell the home such as: appraisal to ask a fair price from the start, cleaning service, photos and videos, and many more things. ā ā ā ā ā We first met Jessica 2 years ago when we first started looking into buying. When we reached out on a for sale listing she responded immediately. She then went above and beyond researching and finding other listings for us to view. She set up a personalized portal and updated it regularly. When we decided to put the search on pause she was completely understanding and respectful. She did not send us unwanted solicitation during this pause. When we were ready to start looking this Spring, we reached out to her and again, she responded immediately and went to work!
