About Jessica
With incredible warmth and passion, New York City real estate professional and founder of the Creative Collective Team, Jessica Perrizo, makes it her mission to guide and inspire confidence in clients as she ushers them toward their real estate goals. Perceptive and empathetic, her steadfast approach is backed by practiced industry knowledge from year of working with buyers, sellers and developers through the complex world of NYC real estate transactions.
Jessica's interest in real estate was initially formed during her upbringing in North Dakota where her parents owned and managed rental properties. Working alongside them and watching their journey led Jessica to eventually save her pennies from her precious career as a performer on Broadway to buy her first New York City apartment on the Upper West Side in 2004. She was immediately hooked on the pride, stability and appreciation of NYC homeownership. Two years later, she entered the real estate brokerage profession full-time. Because of her successful journey of homeownership and its appreciation potential she has a passion to inspire artists of all kinds to purchase real estate for their own financial stability which also has the added benefit of helping NYC as a whole sustain its artistic community.
Jessica knows firsthand that buying and selling real estate can be emotional and transformative, and she always acts as a centering, stable force for her clients throughout the process. Jessica resides in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. A consummate artist at heart, in her down time, she enjoys dancing, cooking walking through Prospect Park and playing music on a number instruments she's determined to master one day.
