Jessica Reynolds leads the Hous & Co. Collective at The Agency Indy, representing clients across Central Indiana with a focus on Boone and Hamilton Counties. With more than a decade of real estate experience, seven of those being licensed agent, Jessica has sold over $70 million in career sales and helped well over 100 clients Buy, Sell, and Invest in real estate. She brings disciplined strategy, market intelligence, and a client-first mindset to every listing.
Her approach is grounded in data, communication, and preparation. By closely tracking market trends, neighborhood growth, and infrastructure development, she ensures each property is positioned intentionally and competitively.
Jessica began her real estate career in 1998 in multifamily and short-term housing before moving into leadership roles within the pharmaceutical and financial industries. There, she refined her negotiation skills, operational precision, and ability to anticipate client needs — strengths that now shape her listing strategy and execution.
She returned to real estate with expanded business acumen and a renewed focus on guiding families through one of life’s most significant financial decisions.
A lifelong Central Indiana resident, Jessica experienced both small-town living and the city of Indianapolis, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the region’s character and opportunity.
She and her husband are raising their two sons locally and share their home with their two dogs, Memphis and Duke. As a family, they remain actively involved in the community.
Jessica donates a portion of every commission to a charity selected by her clients and supports Sylvia’s Child Advocacy Center and Ovar’Coming Together each year.
