"Jessica is amazing! I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. She really went above and beyond in helping my roommates and I find an apartment. We are quite a few specifications and she was great at finding units that met those within our price range. She also drove us around for showings (which was a godsend when you don't have a car) and provided honest feedback about each unit, pointing out things that we hadn't even noticed. When we did find a great unit, she worked with us and the management company to help us get the best leasing terms we could - things we didn't even know we could ask for. She really knows the city and different neighborhoods and made sure we were going to not only like our unit, but the area as well.
