"As a first-time homebuyer, you really don't know what to expect, at least we sure didn't. We had friends and family that gave us all kinds of advice and encouraged us that now was as good of a time as any to become a homeowner, so with our little growing family, we decided it was time to take the jump. Jessica was there for us from the start, even before we fully committed to whether we wanted to buy, she was willing to show us what was out there in the area we were interested in, and help us understand the current market. Jessica may have been new to the industry but that didn't stop her from using her resources and researching the market and sending us listings that checked all the boxes of the neighborhoods we were interested in, and more importantly the proximity to both of our work locations. We fell in love with the first house we looked at with her, it had everything we wanted, we had no idea what to do next but Jessica was there to hold our hands and ask all the questions we didn't know to ask. Sadly we lost that house to a bidding war and had to move on with our search, but that first experience made us realize even more how much we wanted to find something to call our own. Jessica worked even harder finding more listings and setting up tours to ensure that the next house wouldn't slip through the cracks. The hard work paid off, we found our dream house, it was barely on the market and didn't even have any pictures posted but she encouraged us to go look at it anyway to get ahead of the race. And boy was she right! The house was amazing, so much charm, checked all the boxes, was everything we didn't know we even wanted until we saw it for ourselves. We put an offer immediately, Jessica helped us with the inspectors and all the paperwork necessary, she negotiated like a champ to get us the few items that we found in need of fixing, met with contractors at the house when we couldn't make it due to work. Ultimately she did everything in her power to make sure we got our house and her hard work paid off. Not to mention we got the best house-warming gift basket, it couldn't have been better tailored to us! We are so happy in our new home and can't thank her enough for her huge part in getting us here."
