About Jessica
Having traded in Northern Ireland for the Southern US eleven years ago, Jessica Houghton knows what it’s like to make a big move. Her exceptional ability to relate to her clients is just one of the many reasons she’s one of the most distinguished agents in Atlanta.

While earning a B.S. from Queens University Belfast, Jessica began working for a property developer in Northern Ireland. Here, she was introduced to real estate through the lens of residential constructions and developed an interest in the home buying process. After making the move to Atlanta, she decided to become a real estate agent and immediately fell in love with serving her clients—something she’s been doing for the past ten years.

Driven and competitive, Jessica’s attitude allows her to thrive in the up-and-coming Atlanta market. A fierce advocate for her clients, she is determined to get them the best deals using her comprehensive knowledge of the area and sharp negotiation skills.

At the same time, Jessica exudes warmth. Endlessly caring, responsive, and approachable, clients are attracted to her compassion and integrity. Organized and detail-oriented, she is a reliable resource who is always willing to walk her clients through any processes and assuage any concerns that may arise.

With this winning combination, it’s no surprise that Jessica has been recognized by several prestigious organizations and publications. In addition to being named to Realtor Magazine’s class of 30 Under 30 in 2018, she also fell within the top 5% of Atlanta Realtors the same year.

Though she loves the real estate in the area, her passion for Atlanta spans far beyond its gorgeous homes. Jessica loves introducing people to the thriving music and art scenes as well as hot new restaurants. However, despite jumping feet first into Atlanta’s culture, she hasn’t forgotten her Irish roots—she is a founding member (and the former president) of the nonprofit Irish Network Atlanta, an organization that allows Irish-born and Irish Americans to connect and network.

In her free time, Jessica is kept busy by her two children Rowan & Isla and their furry siblings Fiddy and Winnie!
