"Jessica was invaluable in helping us relocate to Duxbury last year. She was knowledgeable of the area, patient when our needs changed during the house hunting process and went above and beyond to find us our dream home. We were in our new home in record time because of Jessica's efforts." - Shannon
"Jessica was our selling agent and she was fantastic. She went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly. I can't even count the times that she inconvenienced herself to deliver paperwork for signature, let someone in the house, and so on. I highly recommend working with Jessica."
"Jessica is just one of those get it done people. I have to say it was an absolute pleasure working with Jessica. her knowledge, expertise and just being an awesome person who is so easy to work with." - Tracey
"Simply put, Jessica Tyler is the best. From the moment my fiance and I met Jessica, we knew we had not only met a consummate professional, but a friend. Jessica stuck by our side through showing after showing, to the offer process (hello bidding wars!), guiding us through all the trials of being first time home buyers in the competitive Massachusetts market. Jessica was ALWAYS available, whether it was a silly question or a serious concern about a home, we knew we could reach her whenever we needed something and she always had a great attitude and a smile on her face. We found and bought our dream house because of Jessica, we only wish we could spend more time, laughing and looking at homes with her! I have and will recommend Jessica to anyone who will listen!" - Daniel
"Buying and selling a home can be a very stressful experience. Jessica was incredible to work with – she was a calm guide throughout the process. We sold our house and bought our dream home in less than 80 days. Jessica is a great communicator, really gets to know her clients, and she really knows the market (the type of buyer she predicted for our home was exactly who purchased it). She really took time to understand our priorities and made that the primary strategy - in our case, time. She was always available when we needed her, and did a great job at sharing the information we needed when we needed it, but not overloading us either. She stepped in and took care of things proactively to reduce our burden, which was SO appreciated. I strongly recommend her - for both selling and buying a home!"
