About Jessica
Jessica is the Team Leader and founder of the Envision Team at Compass Realty. She has 23 years of experience as a Realtor, and is a licensed Broker. Her two true passions are serving her clients at the highest level and mentoring and training her team members. Her expertise and experience includes luxury resale homes, townhomes, condominiums, new home construction, first time buyers, and investment properties. She provides a seamless experience for her clients by working hand in hand with the industry’s leading experts in home building, mortgage lending, home staging, real estate photography, home improvement, and property inspection. Jessica and her team have closed over 225 transactions throughout the Kansas City metro area since 2002. Prior to establishing the Envision Team in 2021, Jessica was the co-team leader and co-founder of the Hao Team from 2017-2021. She also garnered the Top Sales Award from the Koehler Bortnick Team of Reece Nichols in 2015 and 2016, and Top Salesperson and Rising Star Awards in 2017. She is a CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), and has received the prestigious Five Star Real Estate Agent Award each year from 2020-2025. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys traveling, pickleball, ping pong, jogging, playing ice hockey, and discovering new restaurants in the KC area and beyond. She lived in Brookside for 8 years, and currently resides in Prairie Village with her two children, Leila and Aiden
