"I want to tell you and the world how good this Lady Jessica is: She found me, and I was not lost. She sold my house, and it was not for sale. She figured out that someone on the ocean deep down wanted to sell but didn't want to put up a For Sale sign. She sent out 60 letters and covered the oceanfront. Four answered and one sold. All she needed was that one. Once she had a live one, she pounced. Within a few weeks, the buyers had peeked at the property. Ninety minutes inside, they made an offer, then she earned her bones. The seller had made a living trading. The buyer, smart as he was, made the fatal mistake: "He liked the house too much". Jessica kept him on the hook and made him close. It was not a fair fight.
