It started at 25 by doing what is said to be called "House Hacking" by many in the industry - Purchasing that duplex in East Nashville while working in hospitality cemented his passion for this business, and all that comes with it.

Today, Joseph is a licensed Real Estate Broker & REALTOR® who provides his clients access to a deep network of intelligence & expertise whether they are listing or purchasing property with him. His primary focus is the urban core of Nashville, with strong experience in the surrounding suburban markets.

Native to the Town of Oyster Bay, New York, Joseph has lived in various areas of Middle & East Tennessee since 2009, and has seen the transformation.

Loyalty & respect is Joseph's code - It is his ethos both personally & professionally. Knowing loyalty is a two way street, if he's asking it from you, you're getting it from him. A team player at heart which stems from his upbringing, competing as an athlete in school, and his past career in hospitality as a certified sommelier.
