Jill Bernard has worked extensively in Manhattan's luxury market, advising buyers and sellers through transactions in some of the city's finest cooperatives, condominiums, and townhouses. Jill is a founding partner of the SBS group. Working alongside Jeffrey Stockwell and Alan Shaker, the SBS Groups has a combined sales history of over $1 billion dollars. Jill graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in Communications and Columbia University with a MFA in Producing and Management. Drawing on her past experience as a theater producer, Jill is particularly skilled at staging properties before they are listed and in rebranding properties that have previously languished on the market.
Jill resides on the Upper East Side with her husband, daughter and Yorkie.
