Jill Capone

Jill is the co-founder of the NJ Home Girls, one of the top producing real estate teams in West Orange.  Jill loves helping good people find their home and has been a dedicated real estate agent serving the vibrant community of West Orange and surrounding towns since 2015.  As a seasoned professional, Jill brings a wealth of experience, comfort, and trust to every client interaction.  

Before entering the real estate world, Jill worked in the music industry for over 2 decades working alongside some of the biggest artists in entertainment. During those years Jill specialized in marketing and sales and grew to the ranks of senior vice president of marketing at one of the biggest record companies managing a large team of employees. It’s during her tenure Jill honed her negotiation skills, collaborating with many types of personalities to reach a successful goal.  

Jill and her husband made the move to NJ from Forest Hills, Queens in 2008.  After their second child they realized they needed more space and wanted to plant roots in a diverse community while still having an easy commute to Manhattan where their jobs were located.  They found that perfect spot in West Orange where they still reside and are so happy they made the jump from boro’s to burbs! 

Jill joined forces with her business partner, Amy McCampbell, while the two worked together at their daughters’ school’s PTA.  Amy (a fellow West Orange resident who also came from the entertainment world) and Jill soon realized to combine their dynamic skills to help folks in their beloved community.  Since creating the team in 2015 NJ Home Girls has helped many buyers purchase their first home and helped many sellers list their homes to relocate or downsize.  Jill & Amy also specialize in staging and offer the service as a courtesy to their sellers.  They have successfully listed and sold in Northern NJ throughout Essex, Union and Morris counties.  With a slew of 5 star reviews, NJ Home Girls continue to provide quality service with care & honesty.   Peace, Love, Home!
