Jill Cotrona brings a strong blend of market knowledge, personal connection, and professionalism to her role at Compass. Originally from New York, Jill relocated to Naples with her family in early 2020—though her connection to the area runs much deeper, having spent time visiting Naples since childhood.

Before joining Compass, Jill worked alongside her mother-in-law in real estate for five years, gaining hands-on experience and building a solid foundation in the industry. Since making Naples her full-time home, she has developed meaningful relationships throughout the community and a deep understanding of the local market. Having gone through the relocation process herself, Jill offers valuable insight and guidance to clients making a move to Southwest Florida.

With a degree in business-marketing and finance, Jill approaches every transaction with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for positioning properties effectively. She is known for being approachable, knowledgeable, and highly attentive to her clients’ needs.

Outside of real estate, Jill is a dedicated mom of three who enjoys spending time with her husband and children and embracing the active Naples lifestyle—from beach days to outdoor activities and everything in between.
