Jill Derkach was born and raised in Dallas, TX and her heart holds true to this community and to the people that reside here. With over 15 years experience in home renovation and design and over 6 years as a licensed realtor, Jill is passionate about the local market and amenities that this great city has to provide.
Jill resides in Highland Park with her husband and daughters who attend HPISD's HPMS and Ursuline Academy. She joined Compass as a DRG team member and transaction coordinator in November 2024.
