About Jill

Jill brings unique qualifications and perspective to real estate as a co-owner of a luxury, award winning home staging company called Perfectly Staged Designs, LLC. She and her partner, Nephele have staged over 500 homes in West University, Bellaire, South Hampton, River Oaks, Memorial, and the Heights. They have a large warehouse full of high-end furniture, artwork, and accessories. Jill has helped many clients prepare and market their homes for successful sales and brings that knowledge and experience to her real estate clients.

Having a unique advantage in the real estate industry, Jill can provide luxury staging for all listings, both occupied and vacant! She is fortunate to be a member of the successful HTX Group who had over 45 million in sales in 2022. Jill operates with honesty, integrity, loyalty, and hard work in business. She believes in “exceeding” her clients’ expectations in all transactions and will do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Prior to her career in real estate, Jill enjoyed a career in marketing as a director for PHCP, Inc, a local food and beverage marketing agency that serves national fortune 500 companies such as Hilton Hotels International, Disney, Starwood Hotels, Coors Brewing Co, and Marriott Hotels. She learned the art of negotiation and the importance of listening and serving clients’ needs.

Jill holds a degree in Finance from the University of Houston. She is a 17-year resident of West University Place, where she lives with her husband and two children. She has been integrally involved in her community, volunteering extensively, and serving on the boards of West University Elementary PTO, National Charity League -Texas Sage Chapter, West University Little League, and Lamar High School. She remains an active member of the Challenger Division of West University Little League.
