While always professional, she is personally sensitive, and that is a rare but effective combination of skills" - Barquin
"Jill is not "just another broker". She has worked the Manhattan real estate market for years and possesses a valuable knowledge that works for both seller and buyer. Jill is hands down the best broker on the island!
"We worked with Jill on the sale of our old apartment and the purchase of a new apartment.
At all times Jill was professional and responsive in dealing with various issues that we encountered (absolutely none of them due to her) and we were able to get everything resolved and moved on happily."
"Jill has devoted her career to becoming an expert Manhattan real estate broker. She is very knowledgeable of the marketplace and also works tirelessly with her clients. She is also very detail oriented and expert at preparing Board packages and other things needed to ensure a successful closing. Jill was my agent when I both bought and sold the apartment noted below. I would highly recommend Jill to anyone looking to either buy or sell a Manhattan home"
"My experience working with Jill was a dream. I listed my co-op with Jill and she took care of every detail. From hiring an expert photographer to staging the apartment for showings. She vetted any potential buyers to be sure they could pass the co-op board. Finally when the perfect buyer came along Jill negotiated a price that I was very happy to accept. Jill is a fantastic broker and I confidently recommend her to anyone that asks!!"
