Jill Reeder is a lifelong coastal Californian with deep market knowledge spanning from San Diego to Santa Barbara. A Malibu resident for over 26 years, she brings a hyper-local perspective paired with a broad understanding of Southern California real estate. Jill earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Cal State Long Beach—an education that continues to inform her thoughtful, client-centered approach. Prior to real estate, Jill led national sales teams for several successful fashion brands, building a strong foundation in negotiation, strategy, and high-level client service. She transitioned into real estate to combine her passion for sales with her innate ability to guide and support people through meaningful life decisions. With more than two decades of experience, Jill is known for her intuitive understanding of both buyer and seller psychology, paired with a direct, results-driven approach to dealmaking.
