Jill Silvas is the Sales Manager of the Napa and Healdsburg offices for Compass. Before her current position Jill held the same role with Pacific Union Real Estate along with the title and responsibilities as Vice President of Relocation Services.

For over 30 years, Jill has served on various committees with local, national and international real estate and relocation organizations serving on the Board of Director for WorldwideERC for seven years, ultimately serving as President of the organization – the first president from the Real Estate segment of the industry. She has received four President’s Awards for contributions to the organization, has earned four Distinguished Service Awards and was inducted into WorldwideERC’s Hall of Leaders. Jill was honored in 2009 with the H. Cris Collie Legacy Award given to “pay tribute to an individual exemplifying the qualities of leadership, integrity, partnering, consensus building, diplomacy and a consistent willingness to go the extra mile”.

In addition, Jill has been active in the Southern California Relocation Council (SCRC), Bay Area Mobility Management (BAMM) and the Relocation Director’s Council (RDC) as well as acting as Sonoma Valley Chapter of Realtors’ Budget Advisor from 2000 through 2010 and the Chair of the Scholarship Committee for six years. She currently serves on the Grievance Committee for the North Bay Association of Realtors and the Bay Area Real Estate Information Services (the north bay area’s Multiple Listing Service).

Having been actively involved in real estate sales, management and relocation for over 35 years, Jill is widely respected in the industry and is a frequent speaker at relocation and real estate-related conferences and symposiums both locally and nationally. Her experience in all aspects of real estate and relocation has given her a unique perspective on the industry and provides a valuable resource for the clients and agents she serves.
