Jim Davis

Meet Jim, a Founding Principal of CØMPASS St. Louis, who believes in showing, not just saying, that he's the best. He understands that real estate is all about meeting client needs, wants, and expectations - every time. With a strong belief in caring for others and putting his heart and soul into everything he does, Jim is known for his hard work, knowledge, and commitment to excellence. Clients appreciate his unobtrusive style, negotiating expertise, and ability to build comfortable working relationships.

Before real estate, Jim earned a B.A. from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and a Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law. He also spent nearly two decades in Sales Leadership roles with technology leaders Infor and Autodesk. Jim specializes in St. Louis & St. Charles County and covers properties at all price points. 

Outside of real estate, Jim enjoys training at the House of Pain, Florida beaches, and exploring St. Louis' amazing culinary scene. He's been happily married to his high school sweetheart, Carol, and together, they've raised three girls - Chandler, Bailey, and Delaney. The family currently resides in Town and Country.
