"If you do what you love, people love what you do." That pretty much sums up my 40 years in real estate. I treat my clients the way I want to be treated - with professionalism, trust, and commitment. Doing whatever it takes. Selling or buying a home shouldn't be a traumatic experience. Whether moving in or moving out, it's my job to make that process go as smoothly as possible. I've worked very hard to figure out just how to do just that. Some things that helped me get there - I was honored to serve as the President of the California Association of REALTORS (an organization of 180,000 real estate professionals). I'm currently serving as an officer of the Silicon Association of Realtors. 20 years of managing real estate offices. I've lectured on real estate issues throughout the country. I've developed intuitive programs to help clients develop a clear picture what their real needs are - whether buying or selling. I consider myself a real estate counselor. Everyone's needs are different, and sometimes that doesn't involve a purchase or a sale. Sometimes you just need someone to help take the next step.
