Jim Henderson

Jim is a principal and founding member of the Guide Group KC at Compass Realty Group.

Jim is a Kansas City native and seasoned real estate professional, he recognizes the value and trust his clients place in him, and he strives every day to exceed their expectations. He provides quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively.

He has been a leading top producer for over 25 years. He has experience in numerous multi-faceted real estate transactions including new construction, commercial, residential resale, investment properties. His sales consistently rank in the top 2% of all realtors in the Kansas City market.

Jim graduated from Kansas State University with a BSBA in Finance. In his free time, Jim enjoys golfing and traveling.
