“My wife and I have been working with Jim for a few weeks. While we haven't yet found the home we wish to purchase yet (we are generally picky), Jim has been amazing to work with. He spent an entire Sunday with us touring about nine properties without advance notice ( the first day we met him). Further, he has intimate knowledge of his markets - to the point where you drive around with him and he can provide you with a history on many homes (current owners, previous owners, listing agent, thoughts about the price, etc.). He remains in contact with us and provides us with immediate information on any new listings he thinks are in our strike range. Again, spending that first day with him touring properties got us very comfortable with him and I believe he had a really good handle on us and our needs/wants. He's also very responsive and shares photos from his personal adventures. It's that personal touch that I think is lost on some but definitely not on Jim.
