About Jim
Jim Rock is a Native of the San Gabriel Valley and comes with 35 plus years of experience in all aspects of Real Estate. Jim started his career as an appraiser and enjoyed the industry so much that he decided to pursue a career in Real Estate sales. He is consistently among the top 5% of producers within Deasy Penner Podley. He successfully represents many satisfied Buyers and Sellers from first time home buyer’s to owners of Architecturally Significant Homes and Estates. With a 98% selling ratio on listings taken, he takes the team approach to a smooth Real Estate transaction. Jim has a team of professionals on his staff that makes the process of marketing, selling and or buying Real Estate seamless and smooth.
Jim bases his business on consistency, commitment and servicing the client’s needs first. The consistency of his business comes from many referrals from his past clients, friends and family. “I believe I am entrusted with the referrals because of the clients overall transaction experience as well as the knowledge and professionalism of myself and my team.” He has built a dependable team consisting of a Full Time Assistant, licensed Administrator, Marketing Studio and Transaction Coordinator. Jim has been married for over 30 years to his high school sweetheart and is the father of four lovely grown daughters: Kristen, Sarah, and the twins, Hannah and Hailey.
