Jim Rodriguez

A native of Nashville, I grew up Nolensville, TN in Williamson county. I graduated high-school from Ezell-Harding and finished my B.A. at Trevecca University. Most of my work history was in the Office Products/Office Furniture industry as an Account Executive. I represented for some of the top companies in the Nashville market for close to 30 years. Growing up in the country and spending much of my childhood on a farm gave me a deep appreciation for the land. I love learning the history of land and the homes that sit upon them. I was fortunate enough to have grown up in a house that dated back 100 years and was later added to the historical registry in Nolensville, TN. A home, in a way, is like a person. They each have their own personality and character. If they could talk, boy the stories they could tell. Homes hold so much emotion for their owners. People associate life events with their home. The purchase of a first home, the house they raised their children, the home that grandparents attended for holidays and the front porch they got their first kiss, all hold deep personal meaning.
