My previous experience in home inspection has enabled me to provide expertise in locating homes for buyers and listing homes for sellers. I am approaching 800 transactions over 19 years. It is not bragging, but the reality is that I have worked with a variety of clients in the residential realm, including helping investors find rental properties and homes to flip, assisting with short sales and bank owned properties, and even managing the liquidation of condominium assets through the Receivership process.
