Jiselle Kiren

Jiselle Kiren is a San Francisco native and real estate professional specializing in multi-family and multi-unit properties. She is passionate about helping clients navigate one of life’s most important investments while making informed decisions and building long-term value through real estate. Jiselle recently graduated from the University of California, Davis, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Technology Management. Her education helped her develop strong skills in communication, problem-solving, relationship building, and technology, which she brings to her work in real estate.

Growing up in a family involved in residential real estate and construction, Jiselle developed an early appreciation for the industry and the dedication, expertise, and lasting relationships that contribute to success. Inspired by that foundation, she has found her passion in the multi-unit market. Jiselle recently joined Allison Chapleau’s team, where she serves as a Marketing and Transaction Coordinator while continuing to expand her knowledge and experience in the real estate industry. Working alongside an experienced team has given her the opportunity to gain firsthand insight into the multi-family market and the many aspects of a successful transaction. She believes trust, integrity, and lasting relationships are the foundation of success, and she looks forward to continuing to develop her expertise while becoming a reliable resource for her clients at every step of the real estate process. In her spare time, Jiselle enjoys taking long walks along Ocean Beach, trying new restaurants, and exploring San Francisco’s many neighborhoods and coffee shops.
