About Preston

Preston was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and is a local graduate of Dripping Springs High School. After briefly moving to New York the Austin-native found his way back home, falling in love even more with the Central Texas area than when he left. He spent the early years of his career in the service industry and credits being a barista for helping him learn both how to make an instant connection with others and how to handle high-pressure situations.
His real estate career began during his high school years, where he provided marketing support for a local top producing agent. It was then that he fell in love with the industry, learning all of the ins and outs of helping people buy, sell and invest in real estate. He went on to work alongside Nicole Marburger, and under her mentorship, found his way to becoming a full-time agent for Legacy Real Estate Group. He loves the opportunity to combine his passion for architectural design and second-to-none customer service skills to help his clients find the perfect home.
Preston enjoys the active lifestyle Austin has to offer, and in his free time, you can catch him running town lake or taking a spin class downtown. He also loves trying all of the great local Austin eats. A few of his favorites include Swedish Hill and Flower Child.
