About Joan
Houston has been Joan's home for over 21 years and she is proud to be called a Houstonian. Raising a family of four in Houston, Joan learned early that the right home can be the heart and hub of a family. Personal service, discretion and candor are keys to her success, whether you are selling your home, relocating to Houston or looking for a new place to land. Her drive and interest in real estate grows out of a desire to find the perfect property that is a reflection of the style and individuality of her clients.

She began in real estate renovating houses and building homes in and around Houston. She knew then that she was committed to the business and soon she had her real estate and then brokerage license. Joan’s entrepreneurial spirit continued and she started a boutique brokerage company. Her fresh set of eyes on Houston neighborhoods gives her the ability to recognize the possibilities in all corners of our city. Her success is driven by her philosophy of focusing on the quality of relationships over quantity. Chappell Hill serves as a second home base for the Bremner family, along with their 2 dogs, 4 horses, 1 cat and 12 cows.
