In addition to being an expert on the local market, Joanie was attentive, communicative and tremendously supportive. Due to reasons beyond her control, our closing occurred about a week after the anticipated closing date. During this delay, Joanie advocated on our behalf to get answers from the various parties causing the delay and help speed things up as best as possible. As icing on the cake, she was kind enough to even help us move boxes and furniture into the new house (as our delayed closing gave us only a 12 hour window to move)!
