Joanne Del Torre

Joanne is a lifelong real estate enthusiast whose passion for homes and property runs in the family. Inspired by her contractor father, she earned her real estate license in 1992 and her appraisal license in 1993. After several successful years as an appraiser, Joanne shifted her focus to real estate sales, where she found her true calling helping clients navigate one of life's most important investments. In 2015, Joanne joined Redfin as a Listing Specialist. During her seven year tenure, she averaged over 30 sales a year, received numerous distinguished awards and was recognized as the regional top producer in 2018. In September 2025, she brought her experience and dedication to Compass, where she continues to specialize in representing sellers. Joanne's mission is simple yet powerful: to bring honesty, dedication and exceptional service to every client relationship. She lives in Fremont with two of her three children, loves gardening, antique shopping and spending time with her family in Santa Cruz.
