About JP
JP Martins moved to the United States in 1998 from his native Brazil. After attending college and living on the East Coast for 10 years he moved to Chicago in 2008 and has lived in the city ever since. His passion for food, wine and customer service led him to spend 15 years in the hospitality industry where he learned to manage, prioritize and multi-task like never before at Chef Stephanie Izard’s world-renowned Girl and the Goat and its highly successful offshoot, Little Goat.

JP has been counseling real estate clients since 2016, and has built deep relationships with both buyers and sellers. As a result, he has developed a wide knowledge base about all things Chicago real estate. This level of experience coupled with JP’s innate patience and unparalleled responsiveness makes him a client favorite.

JP lives in West Town and is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese so it’s no surprise that he loves to travel.
