About Jodi
Over the past 14 years, I have achieved top dollar, record sales for property owners both on and off the market throughout the city. My clients run the gamut from first time homeowners, doctors, attorneys, family trusts and offices, LLC's, seniors transitioning from homes, developers to foreign investors and celebrities. I am fortunate that most of my clients work with me multiple times for sales and purchases of primary and vacation homes and investment properties. I have successfully handled sophisticated and challenging transactions including many 1031 exchanges, purchases before selling and selling before purchasing, new construction sales and purchases, leasebacks, relocations and short sales.
